Meet the CEO & Founder
Juma Mpanga is a Tanzanian educator, blogger, and digital entrepreneur with a passion for teaching, technology, and content creation. Born in Nyanganga Village, Uvinza District, Kigoma, he holds a Diploma in Secondary Education from Kasulu Teachers’ College and a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Mpanga began his career as a teacher in 2009, later securing a permanent post at Lugalo Secondary School in Iringa, where he teaches Physical Education, Sports, and Geography. Alongside his teaching profession, he developed strong expertise in blogging, web design, and online content monetization.
With over a decade of experience blending education and technology, Mpanga has trained in ICT for education, sports coaching, and youth empowerment initiatives. He is also a certified partner of Coaches Across Continents, a certified campaigner for social change programs, and an active contributor to online educational communities and an online money-making skills tutor.
Recently, Juma Mpanga owns YouScholars Company Limited and Jumaclicks.com, both reflecting what makes him professional and passionate about education and technology.
