General Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship: Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years old, subject to specific age limits defined for individual cadres.
• Public Servant Restrictions: Entry-level applicants currently employed in the public service are governed by Government Circular No. CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 (30th November 2010) and should follow designated administrative channels. Applicants retired from the public service for any reason are ineligible to reapply.

• National ID (NIDA): A valid NIDA number or National ID card details.
• Identification Documents: Certified copies of a Birth Certificate and a recent passport-sized photograph.
• Academic Certificates: Certified copies of Form IV (CSEE) and Form VI (ACSEE) certificates. Note: Result slips, partial transcripts, and testimonials are strictly not accepted.
• Foreign Education Verifications: O-Level/A-Level certificates from foreign exam bodies must be verified by NECTA. Higher education degrees obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU.
• Referees: Details for three reputable referees with active contact information.
